photo Hi, I’m Beatrice Johnston and I’ve been on a healthy path for over 20 years. If you’ve ever been in one of my groups, on a teleseminar with me or seen me speaking you’ll know that I’m a firm believer in health and personal responsibility. I believe it is our birthright to have excellent health and that we can self-educate to obtain it. I KNOW that we can all have lives free from illness, allergies and stress by learning the fundamentals of nutrition and sticking to them.

You see, over the years I have battled asthma, hyperglycemia, mood swings, cramps, fluctuating weight, insecurities and acne and I’ve won the battle by transforming my mind and body and learning simple nutrition fundamentals. I learned some basic concepts early on, but I didn’t learn about toxicity, conventional vs. organic foods, acid vs. alkaline systems and other "industry secrets" until I was an adult. I had to seek to learn on my own and test through trial and error until I knew what was true, until choosing quality and energetic food became second nature to me.

Since then I’ve mentored many different types of people. I know what works for different lifestyles and what doesn't and have been able to develop an easy blueprint that educates, inspires and aligns with any lifestyle.

I am a strong advocate for raw foods and simple nutrition so I have been approached often with questions about basic nutrition planning. To respond to this most effectively I developed a simple, convenient program that teaches you what I know on your own schedule. How does that sound? The programs consists of several audio recordings, each with an accompanying action guide and the full audio transcript. In addition, I include weekly "Q&A call time" with me, so that you can get your questions answered and get help along the way.

Week 1 - Back to Basics
  • This first segment of the series will include a self-assessment, defining your goals, setting your intention and the rhythm of digestion. This is where the foundation will be laid to prepare you for the weeks, and life, ahead.

Week 2 - No More Secrets
  • Food Combining, The Glycemic Index and Fiber explained. Here is where we’ll get into the nitty-gritty. Almost every diet plan and system existing today is based on one of these principles. Once you know what the principles are, you can design your own way of eating whether it’s for optimal health, weight loss, weight gain, or a combination thereof.

Week 3 - Cleaning House
  • Detoxing, Fasting and Cleansing the system are vital for health, but so many people do it wrong or don’t do it at all because they have no clue about how the body works and how the body was designed to be a self-cleaning machine. We’ll examine the different ways to clean house and determine which works best for you.

Week 4 - The Energy Balancing Act
  • Eating for energy requires different choices that eating for flavor does, but you can have both! Learning which foods provide fast energy and which ones provide slow gradual energy will allow you to make choices based on your need in any moment or situation.

Week 5 - Food Substitutions for Meat, Dairy and/or Sugar
  • Whether you’re a meat eater, vegetarian, vegan or raw foodist it’s important to know that you have choices! When it comes to real food, there are no restrictions. This segment will explain the substitutes that are available for those looking to make transitions, whether it’s for a meal, or for a lifetime.

Week 6 - Shopping, Prepping and Meal Planning
  • All of the knowledge in the world won’t do you a bit of good if you don’t know how to use it in your everyday life. This segment wraps up everything you’ll learn, providing shopping lists, prepping tips, sample meal plans and actual meal planning templates (as word and excel documents) so that you can customize your day, week or month with ease.


Each lesson will be delivered to your inbox on Friday afternoon, just in time for the weekend, allowing you time listen to the materials and review the action guide before the work week begins. You will receive audio recordings, action guides, transcripts and tip sheets to help you along in your journey. I'm pretty much a straight shooter when it comes to my health and my business. I do things with integrity and compassion.
